Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Order Information: When you place an order, we collect your shipping address, phone number, and payment transaction details (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers).

Uploaded Images: Photos you upload for printing are stored securely on Cloudinary and used solely to fulfil your order.

Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics such as pages visited and browser type to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates via email, provide customer support, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our business: Razorpay (payment processing), Cloudinary (image storage), Resend (transactional emails), and Vercel (website hosting). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection commitments.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Google OAuth, and database-level access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Uploaded images are retained for order fulfilment and may be deleted upon request. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for data processing.
