Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All CanvasHaus products are custom-made to your specifications. Since each item is uniquely crafted from your uploaded images and selected options, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@canvashaus.in. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible and no refund will be issued.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a full replacement or complete refund at our discretion.

4. Print Quality Issues

We strive for the highest print quality. If you are unsatisfied with print quality due to our manufacturing process (not due to low-resolution uploads), contact us with details and photos. We will review and may offer a reprint or partial refund.

5. Image Quality Disclaimer

We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution images, heavily compressed files, or incorrect colour profiles uploaded by the customer. We recommend uploading images of at least 300 DPI at the intended print size.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@canvashaus.in with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.
