1. About CanvasHaus

CanvasHaus (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a custom canvas printing service operated from Bengaluru, India. By accessing or using our website at canvashaus.in (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Orders

All products are custom-made to order based on images and specifications you provide. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product due to differences in display calibration and printing processes. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to reproduce those images. You grant us a limited licence to use uploaded images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. All site content, branding, and design are the property of CanvasHaus.

6. User Accounts

Account creation requires Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CanvasHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
