Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Production Time
Each canvas print is custom-made. Production typically takes 5-7 business days from order confirmation. Complex orders (large sizes, special framing, or custom retouching) may take up to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Time
After production, shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) typically receive deliveries within 3-4 business days. Other locations may take 5-7 business days.
4. Total Estimated Delivery
From order placement to delivery, expect 8-14 business days for standard orders. You will receive email updates at each stage: order confirmation, production complete, and shipment dispatch with tracking details.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as indicated on the website.
6. Packaging
All canvas prints are carefully packaged with protective corners, bubble wrap, and sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery. Framed canvases receive additional protection to prevent damage during transit.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status on the My Orders page after signing in.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours at support@canvashaus.in. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, or the package being refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
